Performance lead. Runs paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn for our SaaS retainers. The person who tells us when an experiment did not work, and why.
Beyond the core 8, we work with a roster of senior engineers, designers and specialised consultants. We pull them in by project, not by retainer, so you never pay for capacity you do not use. Total people involved in a typical AVAT project: 2 to 4, including the engineer you talk to daily.
